With a Master of Business Administration and Information Technology from James Cook University, QLD, Subash brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and team management.
He has previously worked in multi-national companies as both a team member and team leader, gaining valuable experience in managing teams and executing community projects. Additionally, he served as a Coordinator and Office Manager for Family Day Care for over three years, showcasing his organisational skills and dedication to supporting families.
Subash has a deep passion for community work and helping people, which led him to join the ABC Care team. He actively attends courses and seminars to expand his knowledge and advocate for disability and community development, further strengthening his ability to impact positively.
Believing that mindfulness in the workplace is a key to success, Subash exemplifies this philosophy through his hobbies, including biking, cooking, networking, and exploring new places.
