Community Nursing Care and Support
ABC Care provides Community Nursing Care to NDIS participants on a regular or occasional basis. Our qualified nurses and health professionals provide support services to people who have a chronic health, mental health, disability or other condition that affects their ability to carry out activities of daily living.
As a registered NDIS provider, our wide range of nursing services at home include:
- Bowel Care
- Urinary Catheter Management
- Wound Management
- Medication Management
- Monitoring vitals such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood sugar levels
- Health education for NDIS participants, families and carers
- Diabetes management
- Assistance with self-care activities
